Deliverability & Health Monitoring
Monitor mailbox warmup, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), bounce rates, and sending limits to preserve sender reputation and protect mailbox longevity.
Google APIs Terms of Service & Limited Use Compliance
Phloz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- User-Facing Features Only: Google user data is only accessed to provide user-facing features visible in the Phloz interface (initiating email campaigns, detecting replies, and updating thread statuses).
- No Generalized AI Model Training: We never use Google user data or email content to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized, non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
- No AI Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Phloz strictly adheres to the Google APIs Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Phloz is designed exclusively for professional B2B outreach and workflow automation. Phloz does not use Google APIs or AI services to create, process, generate, host, or distribute Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), sexually explicit material, or harmful content.
- No Advertising & No Sale of Data: We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, nor do we use Google user data for advertising purposes.

1. Introduction: Phloz ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by TBP Labs, provides communication, outreach management, and workflow automation services at https://app.phloz.io. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all personal and Google user data.
2. Information We Collect: When you connect your Google Account via OAuth (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify or Google Sign-In), we access your email address, basic profile info, email message headers, bodies, thread IDs, timestamps, and labels strictly necessary to dispatch user-initiated outreach emails and track incoming responses.
3. Use of Information: Information is used solely to authenticate your account, send scheduled outreach emails, detect thread replies, monitor mailbox health, and provide technical support.
4. Security & Retention: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We retain OAuth credentials only while your mailbox remains connected. You may disconnect your mailbox in Phloz or revoke access at any time via Google Account Security Permissions.
